Score applications without leaving your GMS or CRM

Score an application from the record you already have open

Install the Optible extension from your avatar menu, then open the record in your own system and click the Optible icon in your toolbar. The assessment for that record opens in a panel beside it: the summary, Eligibility, Merit, and Optible's reasoning with the sources under each criterion.

Start Assessment works as it does in the app. Move the slider, add a comment, submit. The score is in Optible straight away and anyone looking at the application there sees it. If you're already signed in to Optible in that browser there's no password to type, and a session that expires mid-assessment renews in place, so you keep what you were reading.

The panel carries the criteria and nothing else. Attachments, history and Opto stay in Optible, and Open in Optible at the top of the panel takes you there. It reads Salesforce and Foundation Source today, in Chrome, and only for records that have already synced into Optible.
