Run your grant in rounds

Open a grant's settings and choose Rounds, or use Add grant round in the sidebar. Name the round, for example Spring 2027, set its start and end dates and a display ID prefix, then pick which round to copy the setup from¡¡ and what to copy: the application form, criteria, assessors, application stages and statuses, and email, document and PDF templates.

Each round is its own grant, with its own form, dates and applications. Round 1 is your original grant. Switch between rounds from the sidebar, and rename, archive or restore a round from the Rounds page. Archive a round when it closes and applicants can no longer apply; restore it later and it comes back as a draft.

To bring a change from one round into another, use Copy from on the form or criteria and review the differences before they apply. Changes you make in a round apply to that round only. Applications stay with the round they were submitted to.
