Repeatable form fields — applicants can now add and remove multiple rows of grouped questions within a single form section (e.g., listing multiple project sites or co-applicants). Rows can be reordered by drag-and-drop, and a maximum row count can be set.

Salesforce writeback — assessment scores and Smart Insights now sync back to Salesforce, completing the two-way integration.

Salesforce field mapping — administrators can configure which Optible fields map to which Salesforce fields from a new mapping UI.

Grantmaking form sync from Salesforce — application form responses, budget details, and document checklist data now sync from Salesforce Grantmaking into Optible automatically.

Validation rule management — grant administrators can create, edit, and delete document validation rules directly from the settings page.

Per-criteria warning triggers — warning rules can now be scoped to individual scoring criteria, not just criteria groups.

In-app changelog notifications — a notification now appears in the app when updates have been released.
